Kentucky Caregiver Program
Kentucky Caregiver Program (Grandparents Raising Grandchildren)
This initiative assists grandparents or older relatives (55+) who are primary caregivers for grandchildren (under 18) residing in their home (parents not living with them). Eligible participants may receive annual funding for:
- Clothing, toiletries, school supplies
- Educational, legal, medical, and dental services
Income must be ≤150% of the federal poverty level and not receiving state kinship benefits. Applications processed via ADRC.
