Tasked with employing staff essential to BGADD’s success, managing financial assets and obligations, and guiding activities between Board meetings, the Committee ensures seamless continuity and progress. By diligently reviewing spending, actions, and key decisions, the Executive Committee safeguards the organization’s mission and vision, maintaining focus and alignment with its strategic goals.
