The CEDS serves as the region’s roadmap for economic growth. Updated every five years, it identifies strengths, challenges, and strategies to build a more resilient economy. BGADD facilitates the CEDS process by engaging local governments, businesses, and community leaders to set priorities and guide regional investment decisions.
